A fun way to keep your co-ordination, flexibility, strength and balance in good order.
It is a very social class and new participants are warmly welcomed.
Wednesdays and Fridays - 9:30 - 10.15am
Wear comfortable clothes which are easy to move in eg leggings and a T shirt. Supportive shoes like trainers are best for your feet. Definately not a bare foot class.
A water bottle is also a good idea to stay hydrated.
