Waihi Steady As You Go is a class focusing on improving Strength and Balance to reduce risks of falling over. This is a peer led group supported by Age Concern Hauraki-Coromandel.
Our programme
Cost is only $2 and runs every Wednesday morning at 10.00am for 45 minutes
What you need to know
It is ideally suited towards older people, or those with limited mobility.
