We primary teach and work to refine the movements of Taoist Tai Chi, which has a health and wellbeing focus.

Our programme
Ongoing instruction about Taoist Tai Chi, the moves of the set, the foundation moves, and the society. The Sessions are open to anyone to come along, have a chat, maybe have a go.
What you need to know
There is a membership subscription to belong to the Society, a Standard cost or a Reduced cost for those on a limited budget. There are payment options such as annual payment, 2 x 6 monthly, or 12 x monthly. The first two options have the advantage of providing a slight discounted rate.
