Tuesday 9.00am $10.00 Beginners class for balance and fall prevention for all those that want learn the form it will followed on. Form ,24 Yang Style Wear flat shoes and loose clothing. Just come alone and see if its right for you.

Chi Gong is a program to keep your joins flexible, improve balance and breathing. No getting up and down of the floor, you can sit for the beginning part of the class. The first part is a follow along no memory required. The second part, if you wish to partake is a Form, where you are required to remember and preform a sequence of moves, while keeping correct posture and balance.
Wear, inside shoes, like well fitted slippers in the winter, bare feet in summer is fine. Loose comfortable clothing. Bring water over summer when we hope to be outside for class.
