Our program involves exercises to gain strength, balance and co-ordination in our bodies. This includes Qi Gong which is similar to moving yoga, plus the various Tai Chi forms. We practice the Yang style 24 tai chi form, the short version Yang 8 form, the Sun sort form, Tai Chi for the Heart, plus the combined styles 42 form.
A small group also does the Yang 32 sword (Jian) form.
Tuesday classes are held at 11 am at the St Aidan's Church hall in Claudelands, after the Yoga class. Thursday classes are held at 10:45 am at the Knox Presbyterian Church Hall on Albert Street, in East Hamilton, after the Zumba Gold class. Tuesday 11:00am - Midday
