Our programme

Pole Fitness 6 week course designed for absolute beginners. 

This is a fun full body workout, you will gain strength, increase coordination, flexibility and have fun in the process. 

Each 60min class will cover spins on a static pole,  pole tricks and holds and other fundamental movements to start you on your pole journey.

Suitable for 16year and over.

What you need to know

Wear conformable activewear, shorts are recommended as skin is required in some moves to grip the pole.

Please avoid wearing applying moisturizers prior to class. Remove all wrist and hand jewelry.
