Our programme
Junior Coaching
This program is based on the players that really want to improve at squash and are willing to put the time and effort into the program. Individuals who wish to play competitive squash, including the junior one day series, interclub, tournaments, secondary school’s competition including national events and Super Champs would benefit from this program. The Coaches will also provide support at tournaments.
TUESDAYS
3.30 – 4.30
This session is for the 7 to 10 year old children who are young or new to Squash, and can also be based on ability.
4.30 – 5.30
For 11+ Beginner, Developing. Tuesdays is fairly relaxed, with some warm – up, skills and game time. Generally Ungraded players.
WEDNESDAYS
Wednesdays sessions are geared more to skills, drills and some game time with more expectations from the coach in terms of application to the task and must have a grading from the club.
3.30 – 4.30
This is for those that would like to improve their game and to play some of the Junior tournaments, Junior Interclub etc. This is for those that are in the old J grade. Boys 0 – 149 , points Level, Girls 0 – 99. Moving up to the next time slot will be based on your level and application during coaching sessions.
4.30 – 5.30
For those that have reached E2 and are keen to further their Squash ability. Skills, drills and some Conditioned games/regular games.
What you need to know
We are open 24/7 with access available via a key that comes with membership. We hold club nights, business house competitions, junior coaching, tournaments and are involved in interclub competitions. More more details visit our website or Facebook page.
