About us

We are the Huntly College Old Boys Rugby Club, located on Riverview road but best access off Alexander Street. We have some of the best fields in the Waikato.

Our programme

For juniors aged 3 to 12, both boys and girls, the club provides a welcoming environment that encourages new players to join. Training sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, with tackle teams training on Tuesdays and all teams on Thursdays. Saturday games take place between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. 

Senior training sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM, with matches played on Saturdays as per the draw.

Our club welcomes players of all skill levels, including beginners.

What you need to know

Huntly Junior Rugby is always looking for new players to join our teams. If you have a child who is interested, please make contact and join us at training. All junior rugby players must be registered to play.

We also welcome any volunteers who wish to coach, manage or provide assistance to our teams. If you can make yourself available to help keep our club running we would love to hear from you.
