Hot Vinyasa is a 60minute dynamic yoga practice in a heated room around 28°C. This class combines fluid movements with controlled breathing, links poses together in a flowing sequence, helping to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. The added heat enhances your ability to stretch safely, detoxifies the body through sweat, and intensifies the practice, making it a truly invigorating experience. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, Hot Vinyasa offers a rewarding and energizing session.
Hydration is key! Drink plenty of water before class and bring a large water bottle with you. You'll need a yoga mat, a towel to cover your mat, and a smaller towel for sweat. Wear lightweight, moisture-wicking clothing to stay comfortable in the heat. It’s a good idea to arrive 10 minutes early for your first class to acclimate to the room and meet the instructor. Most importantly, listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and enjoy the journey!
