Easy Exercise Class - Te Awamutu takes place every Tuesday at 9:30.
Our programme
A friendly Exercise to Music Class. This class runs throughout the year with the exception of Christmas break (12th December is the last class, returning mi-January). $2 per session.
What you need to know
Everyone is welcome to participate or come to see what it is all about. A great attitude and positivity is needed...everything else will come naturally!
