Kia ora, I'm Kasha, yoga teacher in Kirikiriroa Hamilton. I especially love leading a simple practice that's accessible and beneficial on many levels. I practice yoga through teachings from Ashram Yoga and am influenced by my background in public health, fitness instructing, pilates and many styles of yoga. A gentle yoga class done sitting in a chair and standing with support of a chair. This is ideal for people with difficulty getting on and off the floor. Yoga helps improve flexibility, posture, strength and balance. Also includes breathing and relaxation for stress reduction and overall wellbeing.
This is an approved strength and balance class as part of the Live Stronger For Longer movement.
Open to all ages. No experience necessary.
